Delay

This weeks chapter is delayed for a day or two. The reason for this is my lack of time and my poor use of time. My school projects took up too much of my time this weekend and I do not want to write the next chapter in a rush so I will just write it tomorrow or day after that when I can concentrate properly. Sorry for the delay yet again. I hate to delay the chapters but if I do not write it properly it would be worse than writing it late. Thank you for reading and your patience.

Separation

                 7. Separation  I wake up in my cage, it has been a week since I began training and I have grown stronger. I can swing the sword although slowly, many times now in succession, I can run ten times around the cave and last longer as I do push-ups. I also feel that moving normally is smoother and I can do it with more ease, I rise and eat meat from the box next to me. I yawn as I open the lock from the cage door and start doing push-ups on the ground.  After the push-ups, I open the door and see Alessa eating meat in her room. “Good morning.” I say to her. She looks up and smiles as she says good morning back. I start to run and I run quickly to the entrance, two days ago she said that I should run as fast as I can and then a bit slowly to get used to irregular movement. As I turn to go back I can hear footsteps outside the cave, I move silently to the first room and go behind the wall. I wait in silence as I hope that they won’t notice the entra

Schedule update (again)

Hi. There has been a lot of schedule changes and late chapters and things like that but I realized that it would make a lot more sense to release one chapter a week on Sundays regardless of the book. Now my schedule was that Melissa´s Archway was on Sundays and the others were on Thursdays and it was good when I wrote two chapters a week but now that I write only one chapter it would be much simpler to have them all released on Sunday. The wait would be even too so it wouldn't be like ten days wait for a chapter and then four days wait for the next one, now it will be seven all the time. Thank you for reading, see you next Sunday.

Dragonnier

11. Dragonnier As we get through I see we are in a room with light brown walls, there is a door ahead of us that is open and there are light brown rock stairs leading up. We head toward the light and go up the stairs, there is another door at the top. Martin opens the door quietly but quickly and we see that we are inside an empty house. We walk through the small house and go outside. As I go outside I see that we are inside a village, the houses are small and light brown colored. It is eerily quiet in here and the streets are empty, as we walk through the village I can see that the houses are empty looking from the windows. “Is there anybody here?” Martin shouts. We continue walking until we can hear a distant scream. “We should go help them.” I say. “I agree.” Luna says. Everyone nods and we start running toward the sound, there is a large circular building up ahead. The screams are multiplying and they are getting louder. “They must be coming

Chapter one.

Hi guys, I finally finished the first chapter on The Quintessence and I actually came up with a name for the book too. Sorry for the late chapter, like I said school hit me hard but now I am pretty much back on track. Writing this chapter I tried to be more descriptive to make it easier to see but I am not sure if I did any better than earlier. I am hoping to get some courses on writing so I could improve faster but let us see what happens, I might be too busy to take them for a while. Thank you for reading and I hope you can tell me how you liked the chapter or how it was written. See you next Sunday.

The black sword.

Tales Upon Tales series                    The Quintessence   1.       The Black Sword A drop of sweat rolls down my nose, the radiating heat from the heated metal feels sweltering after hours of forging the metal. I strike down on the red-hot part of the metal with my hammer and sparks fly out. I gather the right amount of mana in a straight line near the piece of metal and strike down my hammer. The metal piece is starting get into a shape of a sword, the end is pointed and it widens from there but when it comes to the hilt part it is hammered into a think piece so you can grip it easily. I take the hot metal in my hand that is protected by a layer of rocks, I concentrate and create high pressurized air magic to sharpen the sword and to smoothen out any dents in the blade. Then I use fire magic to create a torrent of flames and heat the metal until it glows yellow and white, then I switch the flames to freezing water. My entire workshop is filled with st
